- Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via in house delivery teams, reputed national couriers with tracking.
- Shipping fees if applicable, includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Boxes / packages are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
- Our internal delivery team and courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Maagrimart. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

There aren't any extra fees. When you check out, you only pay the amount that appears on your order summary. Please verify with your family members or business associates who are authorised to make purchases on your behalf if you see any charges on your credit or debit card for purchases made but you have never made an account or signed up. Within 30 days of the transaction, please report the unauthorised purchase if you're still unable to identify the charge so we can investigate. Cancellations and Returns
Customers may cancel orders at any time by contacting customer care by phone or on the website, up until the cut-off time of the slot, which is before the product for which they have placed an order is sent. If this occurs, we will return any money you have already paid for the order as Store Credit, which you can use to make more purchases in the future. We have the right to cancel any orders if we suspect a fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using the website. We shall keep track of all fraudulent transactions and customers on a negative list, and we'll either cancel their orders or refuse them access.
